3 Tools You Need for Volume Lashing

If you’re new to volume lashing, you may be struggling to master the technique. Perfect volume lashes comes from hours and hours of practice. But you also need the right tools. These are the 3 tools you need for volume lashing.

1- Tailor Lash Machine

The last thing you will need for volume lashing is the Tailor Lash Machine. This simple device makes it easy to make volume fans in less than a second. All you do is add your lashes to the device, turn the crank, and easily pull off your lash fans. Perfect volume lashes are just seconds away.

Learning volume lashing takes patience and practice. But you can make it a lot easier on yourself by getting the right tools. If you have the right tweezers, glue, and the Tailor Lash Machine, you’ll spend less time on mistakes and more time actually applying lashes.

2- A Pair of Good Tweezers

Tweezers come in all kinds of sizes and weights. When picking tweezers, you should ask yourself these questions:

  • Do they feel comfortable in my hands?
  • Are the tweezers too heavy? Will my hand get tired?
  • Can I apply lashes ergonomically and easily with these tweezers?

It may take some time to find the right tweezers. But once you have the perfect pair, they will be worth their weight in gold.

3 – A Fast-Drying Glue

Just like tweezers, there are endless varieties of lash glues on the market. You will need to consider your experience level when selecting a glue. If you’re new to volume lashes, a glue that dries too quickly may not be suitable for you yet.

You may also want to consider the temperature and humidity of your lash room. Some glues that are suitable in the winter may not be suitable in the summer and vice versa. You can purchase a cheap thermometer that also determines humidity on Amazon to easily measure the air in your salon.

Most lash glues will list the drying time, ideal temperature, and ideal humidity in the product description section.
